If your loved one hasn't done so already, they need to send an invite to a Parakeet Chat email address (via Corrlinks) so that Parakeet Chat can read their messages/ forward your messages to them. It can take up to 2 to 3 days for Corrlinks to approve the invite, so please be patient.

How can I get a list of Parakeet Chat Email Addresses that my loved one can use?
Go to https://parakeet.chat/search, look up your loved one by name or BOP register number, and open their profile. Click the button to get their Parakeet Chat email addresses, then give any one of the addresses to your loved one — from inside Corrlinks they add it as a contact and send it an invitation (because of Corrlinks rules, your loved one has to reach out first). Once Corrlinks approves the invitation, you’re connected.
Alternatively, your loved one can send a message with the subject FAQ to any working Parakeet Chat email address that they are connected to in order to get a list of new Parakeet Chat Email Addresses.
