If your loved one hasn't done so already, they need to send an invite to a Parakeet Chat email address (via Corrlinks) so that Parakeet Chat can read their messages/ forward your messages to them. It can take up to 2 to 3 days for Corrlinks to approve the invite, so please be patient.
Due to Corrlinks restrictions, Parakeet Chat CAN NOT be the first one to establish communication with your loved one, your loved one needs to send a message to a Parakeet Chat email address first.
Parakeet Chat email address was working and then stopped
If your loved one was receiving your messages (and their sent messages were going out) and then it stopped working, then they are most likely using an old Parakeet Chat email address that is no longer working, they need to send an invite to a new Parakeet Chat email address.
